Trimming, Weeding, Edging & Mowing

The recurring landscape work that keeps beds, edges, and hedges looking intentional, done by a crew that also handles your larger projects.

Overview

Trimming, weeding, edging, and mowing are the maintenance jobs that quietly separate a well-kept property from one that always looks a step behind. Most homeowners underestimate how much of a landscape's 'look' comes from these details, sharp bed lines, evenly shaped hedges, weed-free mulch, and a level cut on the lawn are what make plantings and hardscape read as intentional.

We handle the full cycle: shaping hedges and small ornamental trees, hand-pulling weeds out of beds so they don't come back in two weeks, cutting crisp edges between lawn and hardscape, and keeping the lawn itself neat with even-height cuts and cleaned-off walks and drives.

Because it's the same crew that installs your lighting, mulch, or hardscape, nothing gets damaged or ignored on the routine visits. Wire runs are known, edging is preserved, new plantings are watered around, and freshly-mulched beds don't get walked through.

Recurring care is priced per visit on a schedule you choose, no long contracts, no auto-renewals you can't get out of.

What's included

The details that matter.

Hedge & shrub shaping

Hedges, foundation plantings, and smaller ornamental trees trimmed to a defined shape, following the plant's natural form, not just a flat-topped haircut.

Hand-pulled weeding

Weeds pulled at the root out of mulched and unmulched beds so refresh cycles last longer. Chemical spot-treatment used only when a client asks for it.

Crisp bed & hardscape edging

Hand or mechanical edging along walks, driveways, patios, and bed lines for a defined finish that stays clean for weeks.

Lawn mowing

Even-height cuts with clean lines and hardscape blown off at the end of every visit. No grass clippings left on driveways or walks.

Ornamental tree care

Smaller trees pruned for shape and health, dead wood pulled, crossing branches removed, canopy raised for sightlines when appropriate.

Storm cleanup add-on

After a storm, we can add a debris pickup to your next routine visit so branches don't sit in the yard for weeks.

Process

How it works with us.

  1. 01 · Walk the property

We see what needs doing and quote a scope you can commit to, one-time or recurring.

  2. 02 · Schedule

One-off cleanups or a recurring rhythm (weekly, biweekly, monthly) depending on what your yard actually needs.

  3. 03 · Consistent crew

Same people every visit, they learn your property, know your plantings, and remember where wires and edging live.

  4. 04 · Visit checklist

Every visit follows a repeatable checklist so nothing gets skipped when the crew is on the property.

  5. 05 · Season adjustments

Visit rhythm scales up in growing season and down in dormant months so you're not paying for visits you don't need.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do you do weekly mowing only?+

We prioritize project work, but recurring mowing is available for existing landscape or lighting clients. Standalone weekly mowing is limited by crew capacity.

Can I book one cleanup instead of recurring?+

Yes, one-time trim/weed/edge visits are common in spring and fall, and we don't require any recurring commitment to book one.

What does it cost?+

Priced per visit based on lot size and scope. Fixed prices, not open-ended hourly.

Do you use chemicals?+

Only if asked. Our default is mechanical/hand removal for weeds. Spot herbicide is available for driveways and hardscape cracks.

Will you work around my sprinkler system?+

Yes, we note head locations on the first visit and route mowing around them so heads don't get clipped.

How do I get on the schedule?+

Contact us with your address and desired rhythm. We confirm the fit, quote per visit, and book the first date.
