Tradition matters, especially at the holidays. While permanent LED lighting has changed many things about the way we decorate our homes for the holidays, not everyone prefers permanent lighting solutions. We value your traditions and offer traditional holiday lights to support them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can I rent lights from you?+

We do not offer rental services.

Will you take the lights down after the holidays?+

Yes. We offer take-down services, typically for half the hang-up cost. We schedule holiday light take-down appointments on a warmer day after the new year.

Do you recommend a brand of holiday lights?+

Not necessarily; however, we prefer commercial grade. We typically buy from Home Depot or Lowes.

Will you use the lights I currently have?+

We prefer to buy new, as old lights are notorious for going out during bad weather. However, depending on specific needs, we occasionally hang existing lights.

How will you attach the lights to my home?+

We typically clip the lights to roof line or eaves.

Do you provide a warranty or guarantee?+

We do not warranty these lights. Traditional light problems encouraged the creation of permanent lights. Each installation project varies in size and complexity, so if you are having difficulties with your lights, please reach out and we can discuss how we can best help.
